Ed Ayala's Biography

Ed Ayala is a walking, talking rags-to-riches success story. Born and raised in low-income housing projects in the tough neighborhoods of "Spanish Harlem", New York, he went from food stamps and public-assistance to becoming totally financially free, a successful leader and owner of a multi-million dollar financial services business.

Throughout his childhood, Mr. Ayala's parents, Justo and Rosa, did not have many financial resources. What they could not provide financially, they instead gave Ed their enduring example of genuine love and concern for helping other people and a rock solid work ethic.

Upon graduating from high school, Mr. Ayala joined the New York City police department where he quickly climbed the ranks from a police officer to a prestigious Gold-Shield detective and eventually a sergeant. As a police officer, he dedicated over 10 years of his life to helping thousands of inner-city families feel safe and improve their quality of life. Ed proudly admits that working as a New York police officer was one of the most rewarding and fulfilling times of his life.

However, he dreamed of taking his life and career to the next level in order to make a positive global impact on the quality of life for millions of other hispanics and latinos.

Ed Ayala held on to that dream and took immediate action, embarking on his new entrepreneurial career. His ten years on the streets of New York as a police officer prepared him through real-life experiences and "street smarts" on how to communicate and inspire many types of people.

With a unique blend of his "street smarts," police career, years of personal development, mentorship and success training from millionaires, Ed constructed a multi-million dollar business empire that changed his familiy's life forever.

Over the last 25 years and into the future, he has dedicated his life's purpose to educating and empowering hispanics and latinos to maximize their potential and fullfill their dreams.
